Neck looks too long, because the collar bones and shoulders are placed too low. 

 Also, anatomy of neck is distorted: when the head turns in this direction, it is the sterno-cleido-mastoids (neck muscles) on the far side that accomplish this. The ones on this side will be relaxed and not visible; also, these muscles pull from the pit of the neck, which should be centered over the breast bone, but here they seem to stretch from the shoulder because the centerline was not well placed. 

Finally, the shading of the column of the neck does not well represent what should be the half-cone of the gullet/trachea and flanking tubes of the musculature.  These plastic forms have to be studied and understood with the head aligned forward with the body, before they can be drawn convincingly with a twist.

Still, impressive.
