I always get mixed reactions to this one. Some ask me why not more. I priced it like this because it's a rather important concept from the earliest period of my creative art and also my second sculpture. Of course technically it's not overly accomplished, but at the same time I think making it more refined would remove some of the feel around it. And either way I don't think I'll go in that direction again, not like this anyway. The price... well, I sell my original drawings at around 100 EUR with frame or laminated, this is a bit more.

why make it so poor in quality? It doesnt look like its abstract or stylized kind of poor in quality it just looks like something some teenager has made.

I WAS a teenager when I made it :D and people still love it twelve years after, each time I exhibit it or photos of it

no problem :) yeah I have to work more on the technique
basically when you sculpt, getting the shape to be really precise is hard. sometimes you spend more time polishing your piece than what you did on sculpting
and it really depends on materials, I've been dying to try some of those Monster Clay or Chavant people use for action figures etc.

looks a bit clumsy but you should definitely do more sculptures and try to add more of your drawing style and details to them which make your sketches and paintings so unique.

for being your second sculpture it's hard for me to spot any improvements to your first one and just because you did this 10 years ago doesn't mean you can't improve it now...but i think you just don't want to get better, take critism or some negative feedback, it's ok then, i'm fine, just do how you like :'-(

Good job keeping the rotation speed down. I've seen some that are way too fast and you can't see any detail at all.
It's the little things. :D

I bought a cheap display turntable and it works well enough for this :)

the point was to see the details of the sculpture, no matter how small or blurred
but yeah I could have used a smaller aperture on the camera to get a sharper shot
