CLAVICULA

This year I started working on Clavicula, a 3D modeling app for desktop and VR. It is the next step in developing the creative environment I envisioned back when I started Neobarok. I have already released two versions and started tutorials. I am now preparing the 1.0.0 release with VR modeling capabilities as well as other cool features that you can already see in my gallery. Meanwhile I will continue posting my art and ideas here as well as on my facebook and instagram pages. Stay safe everyone! L.

Neobarok 2.0

I have released Neobarok 2.0.d ... for Windows, Linux and OSX. Let me know if you have issues launching it. Free to download and use: neobarok.com On Linux you can now use the AppImage and on OSX there were some fixes for the UI and libraries. You can check the release history for more information. The new version uses OpenGL 3.3, has a more comprehensive UI (Panel, visual hints), working undo-redo, and many improvements under the hood (most notably the n-gon mesh vs. the old triangle mesh), GPU sculpting with undo, new HDR rendering... and many more that aren't yet activate. Tutorials and the new guide are in progress.

I made the comment that you can't be a human being under a work or on your profile, I think it was 13-14 years ago. I took a quick look but couldn't find this comment. Years have passed and I still think the same way. This is beyond the art you make, it's like different worlds.


I have always admired you, thank you again for sharing your works with us.

Thank you for the kind words, now and then! It is a pleasure to both share my works here and find they touch and inspire others. I'm still keeping this account, and posting, perhaps less often than on facebook and instagram because it's hard to keep every account alive. I'm a bit sad that dA has canceled the printing option, they had some of the best formats on the online market, not only standard dimensions and it was one of the reasons why I kept this.

Anyway, will continue to post here. Thanks again!

I also rediscovered your page recently - glad to see you're still around! I remember seeing a long time ago that you had a book or two of your art being sold somewhere online. At the time I couldn't really afford anything but now I that I can I can't seem to find any (other than the one that was a backer reward for Neobarok). Do you still have any art books available or are you only selling prints now?

Hey, glad you're here! I have to check if those older books are still around on blurb. The one from Neobarok is still available for 50$ + shipping but you'll have to let me know directly (unless you have purchased it then for the crowdfunding campaign, in which case I will send it to you as fast as possible).
